By accessing and placing an order on this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our store.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

· Discontinue any product at any time.

· Limit quantities of any product.

· Refuse service to anyone for any reason. We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will be perfectly accurate.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

· **Cash on Delivery (COD)**: Payment is collected at the time of delivery by the courier.

· **Online Bank Transfer**: You must transfer the full order amount and upload proof of payment. Orders will only be processed after payment is verified by our team. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error is discovered after you place an order, we will inform you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Once you place an order:

· You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp if a number was provided.

· Orders are processed during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 10am–6pm PKT).

· We typically dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund (for prepaid orders) will be issued.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided:

· The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

· You contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect item. Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days via bank transfer. Non-returnable items: Sale / discounted items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us immediately via WhatsApp. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. For COD orders that are refused at delivery without valid reason, we reserve the right to restrict future orders from that customer.

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and design — is the property of the store or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

· Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or products.

· Loss of data, revenue, or profits.

· Any personal injury caused by the incorrect use of a product. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
